Shampoo: Wet your hair well. Apply shampoo and massage with your fingers to create a rich lather. Rinse and repeat, then rinse well.
Conditioner: After shampooing, smooth conditioner through your hair, working from roots to ends. Rinse well. Dry and style as usual.
Body Wash: Apply to wet skin, massage gently then rinse.
Balm: Dispense a 50p sized amount into palms and fingers, adjusting the amount to suit your hair length and texture. Use your fingers like a comb to work through from roots to ends on towel-dried hair. Apply styling products and dry as usual.
